AVO's VX does 10 Seconds! |

  We finally done it – 2 years of hardwork has finally paid off. AVO has propelled their AVO VX Twin Turbo SS with full body weight and standard engine to a fantastic time of 10.82 @ 133 mph. This was achieved with the extra horsepower produced during the week, in which we fitted a twin 3” mandrel bent exhaust system and a second 800HP fuel pump, in addition to the AVO existing fuel system. The final power figure achieved was a pavement-rippling 807hp @ the wheels @ 19 PSI.
The 10.82 second run was no fluke, as they had 5 other runs for the day and produced times of between 11.2 and 10.82, with another of those being a 10.88 just to further hammer it home that it's seriously fast now. The fastest mph for the day was 137.6. The car was faultless and came home on the trailer without any issues.
