HPI (High Performance Imports) Magazine has put together a Skyline R34 GTS Project Car that is running an AVO direct bolt on GTS 400L turbocharger. Part 1 is a complete run through on how to go about putting together our AVO GTS turbocharger to give the reader a better idea of how the turbocharger goes together and operates. The GTS 400L is a ball-bearing turbocharger with a flow rate of 44lb/min, and is fitted with our large 4-5 hotside for superior flow performance.
The HPI article is just one of a series the HPI GTS, and it will be followed up with two more stories. The next story will illustrate the fitment of the AVO turbocharger to the vehicle and the last story will show the results on the dyno.
