AVO Australia will this year be sponsoring another front running car, with all our performance parts and engineering in the vehicle.
Clayton Sinclair's '95 WRX Race Car will participate in the 2008 Victorian WRX Club Championship. He was very successful in 2006 although did not complete in last year's championship. He currently holds 3 out of the 4 Open Class lap records. He is hoping to knock another second or two off these times this season. The first round starts this weekend at Winton Raceway. He is optimistic about beating his time but concludes that it may be a tall order this weekend as he has been out of the vehicle for over 12 months.
His WRX will be running with another 36 kilowatts at the wheels plus more torque on top of the 221kw atw from its last tune. The 257 is achieved at a lowly 19 PSI. Refer to dyno sheet below for current graph. Clayton’s WRX is running the following performance parts :
