		<title>Calder Park - 760 hp!</title>

		<description>After the pace we set at Heathcote last time we knew that we had to get back out there and try again. So round came another Friday night and we set off to Calder Park Raceway for some Legal Off Street Drag Racing. We were keen to beat the time we set last time for the VX at 11.1 at Heathcote Park.With the VX Utilizing our bolt on twin turbo kit through a stock 346ci engine, at full weight shifting a factory 6-speed manual trans.  The weight with driver and a full tank of fuel is 1803kg.The night started off with a good run of 11.36 at 128.13mph. The best was yet to come, however. </description>

		<description>AVO&amp;#39;s been involved in turbocharging for 38 years now, and we feel like celebrating! That&amp;#39;s right, AVO first got involved in turbocharging in 1970!  While we&amp;#39;d been in the automotive business before then, that was the first time we worked with turbochargers. Being very active in the Australian sport sedan series, we decided to try something new - turbocharging the GM Holden 3.0-liter inline-six instead of using the V8, considered the only real powerplant of choice in that racing. We proved them wrong.  </description>

		<description>WRX Club Sprint &amp;ndash; Lap Record Hat TrickIn less than ideal track conditions Clayton managed to set a new WRX Club Open Class record with a time of 1:19.30.  This is the third straight club circuit lap record for the AVO WRX this season.Preparation for Sandown included some general suspension maintenance and the addition of a LinkPlus G3 ECU.   The LinkPlus G3 is the latest in high-end aftermarket engine management and the result of about 15 years of research and development.  </description>
